Privacy notice

This notice explains the limited information used by the stump-grinding request path and how it is handled.

Operator

The Local Lookout LLC operates this website and handles its non-urgent request intake.

Current availability

The online request form is active. A separate phone notice below applies to the intake line.

The optional project worksheet

The planning worksheet builds a summary in your browser. Its entries stay in the page's memory and are not submitted to this website, saved in browser storage by the worksheet, or added to a service request. Reload or use Clear worksheet to remove them. Copying and printing use your device. You decide whether to share a copy. The blank PDF requires no signup.

Information collected

When active, the form collects name, phone number, ZIP code, stump count and approximate size, equipment-access description, finish goal, optional details, consent record, source page, limited campaign attribution, and anti-abuse data. Do not submit financial, medical, account, access-code, or other sensitive information.

Use and sharing

The Local Lookout LLC uses a request to store, review, secure, audit, and respond to it. A request is not shared with a service provider unless that provider is first identified to the property owner and the property owner agrees. No provider is currently assigned.

Storage and retention

Accepted requests are stored in a site-specific Cloudflare D1 database before an email notification is attempted through Resend. Identifying form fields have a 90-day retention target. A protected automatic cleanup is scheduled twice daily to clear expired names, phone numbers, ZIP codes, messages, and campaign labels. Cleanup also runs during subsequent intake activity. Scheduled runs can be delayed or fail, so deletion may occur after the target. This cleanup applies to the form database; it does not delete email, voicemail, or infrastructure backups.

Phone and voicemail

The displayed CallRail number routes callers to a non-urgent intake voicemail. CallRail may process the caller number, call time, duration, routing details, and related technical data. A message deliberately left after the greeting is recorded and stored by CallRail for The Local Lookout LLC to review. If full-call recording or transcription is enabled later, this notice and the greeting will be updated before use so callers receive clear notice.

Copies in other services

Resend retains email and log data under its plan-specific policies. Delivered notification emails remain in the operator's mailbox until separately deleted. CallRail's standard policy retains communication records, including voicemail, for 25 months; some account and contact data can remain while the account is active, and deleted data can remain in backups for up to another 90 days. Contact us about deletion so we can address relevant copies and, where necessary, request removal from the service provider.

See Resend's retention information and CallRail's retention policy.

Privacy requests
